Since joining Poe Construction in 1984, I’ve seen a lot of changes in our company. We have diversified from our hallmark Kent valley tilt-up projects into a wide range of projects including retail, office, light medical, auto dealerships, and tenant improvements of all types. Our company has grown in size, volume, and sophistication and we have expanded geographically to include all of Western Washington and Oregon.

One thing that has not changed is the commitment we make to our clients, to provide them with exceptional quality, value, and service well beyond the completion of the project. The values demonstrated and emphasized by Fred Poe, continue to thrive since his retirement in 1998. These standards and values are what “Building on Integrity” represents to our employees and what our clients and associates can count on.
